This is a delicious rice pudding that you can prepare if you are looking for something on the sweet side. I prefer to do this for my family during the holiday season.

Total preparation time: 45 minutes
1 cup of sweetened and condensed milk
1 cup condensed milk
6 cups of whole milk
1 cup long grain white rice
½ cup of water ½ tsp. made of pure vanilla
2 cinnamon sticks, jumped
½ cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon. nutmeg
Put a large pot over high heat. Add the long-grain white rice, half a cup of water, 4 cups of whole milk, the condensed milk, pure vanilla and nutmeg. Stir well to mix.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the condensed milk and reduce the heat to low.
Add the two remaining cups of whole milk.
Stir well until the mixture is thick. Add the golden raisins and stir well.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
