180 g beetroot (1 turnip)
50 g or two cabbage leaves (red)
190 g (3 medium) carrots
50g (1/2 a fruit) lemon
140g (1 whole) orange
230g (1/4 a fruit) pineapple
60g (1 handful) of spinach
When you’re done, just process all the ingredients together in your favorite blender. You can shake it up or stir, then serve and enjoy.

130g (4 cups) spinach
Start slicing your apples, celery, and lemon into slices or larger pieces. Put these ingredients in the blender, add kale and celery and flash everything smoothly. Shake and enjoy.

Cut the parsley and kale together and cut the apple, cucumber, celery, lemon and oranges into larger, larger pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and smooth. Stir and pour into a glass, then enjoy.
